HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
I can walk 2 medium dogs together (spaniel size) or up to 3 small dogs.

I generally walk dogs on a 1-1 basis, however I will pair dogs up with owners permission.
MY CAT NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. CAN YOU TAKE HER?
Yes! I am fully insured to take customers pets to the vet in my vehicle. I will always take your vet details during our initial meet & greet meeting. (Please note I am unable to transport owners).
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
I have personally kept Axolotl (cold water salamanders), tropical fish and shrimp. Budgies, cockatiels, finches and small parrots.
Customers pets include frogs, geckos, lizards and newts. Cats who require daily medication and dogs with epilepsy and behavioural needs. Please note I am unable to administer insulin to diabetic pets - this is due to insurance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET BECOMES ILL WHILE I AM AWAY ON HOLIDAY?
During the initial meet and greet with you and your pets I will ask you for your vet's details & you will complete a vet release form. Should your pet fall ill while you are away I will contact you immediately (or your emergency contact if you are unreachable) and take your pet to their registered vet's. I will always keep you fully informed.
MY CAT IS NERVOUS OF NEW PEOPLE, I'M WORRIED ABOUT A STRANGER FEEDING HER?
During the initial meet and greet you can introduce me to your pet in their home. Cats very quickly warm to new people when they realise they are offering their food .... plus I have a few tricks up my sleeve such as cat nip!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
Cash or bank transfer. During our meet & greet I will give you the details.
ARE YOU INSURED TO LOOK AFTER MY PETS?
Yes I hold a pet sitting & dog walking specific insurance policy with Protectivity, I am happy to show this on request. This covers

YOUR ONLINE CALENDAR SHOWS NO AVAILABILITY?
My diary does get booked up quickly - particularly in Summer so please contact me as soon as you have confirmed dates so I can confirm my availability.
It is far easier to send me an email or text to see if I'm free - I will always respond within 24 hours.

(The online booking system might not let you add a booing if I have an appointment booked in the afternoon, it does not mean I can't do it!)

CAN YOU GIVE ME REGULAR UPDATES ON MY PETS?
Yes! I will always send you daily updates (including pictures) about how your pet(s) are doing - either through text, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or email
DO YOU OFFER HOME BOARDING?
No, this isn't something I offer - anyone offering home boarding is required to be licensed so contact your local council for a list of approved boarders.
CAN YOU OFFER PET SITTING?
Unfortunately due to the effect of Covid-19 I have had to adapt my business to keep it viable - with over a year of no pet sitting work I have had to take on quite a few lovely new dogs to walk - the consequence of this means I'm no longer able to offer pet sitting services (As I would be out walking too long during the day).
CAN YOU ADMINISTER PET MEDICATION?
Yes, I have experience giving oral medications to cats and dogs - this is something I will ask you to show me during our initial meet & greet and to leave clear instructions with the medication. Please note I am unable to administer insulin due to insurance restrictions.
